TVR GhostProject classification · Concept

From cult British marque to category-defining supercar.

Challenge
TVR had decades of cult equity but was being read as a heritage curiosity, not a serious supercar. The brand needed to be in the same room as Rolls-Royce, McLaren and Pagani — without losing its British defiance.
Approach
Re-architect the marque from the silhouette outwards. A new flagship concept. A stripped track sibling. A material language. A complete editorial photography rule set. A relaunch narrative built for Dubai, Riyadh and London valet lines.
Transformation
TVR is no longer competing with restomod culture. It's competing at the apex — and the design language gives the next decade of product a defensible seat there.

Global Comedy AwardsProject classification · Client Work

Inventing a televised category from a blank brief.

Challenge
GCA arrived with no logo, no statuette, no theme, no broadcast grammar — and a hard runway to a televised first edition. The category had to feel established before its first ceremony aired.
Approach
End-to-end build. Identity mark. Trophy. Sonic identity. Broadcast type system. A category-reveal grammar designed for television and social cut-down on the same beat.
Transformation
GCA arrives looking like an institution that has run for years. The trophy alone is the category benchmark — heavy, bronze, photographable, recognisable on sight.

[ 03 ]Fashion · Closed-Membership House
Society of FewProject classification · Proof of Concept

A streetwear house owned by number, not by market.

Challenge
The founders wanted a streetwear house run like a private members' club. No public storefront. No algorithmic distribution. No follower-count chase. Premium-tier pricing without the usual playbook.
Approach
We built the membership ID-numbering protocol, the boutique-only drop ceremony, the editorial image rules, and an original two-track sonic identity. Every garment is documented, edition-numbered and tied to a buyer's society ID.
Transformation
Society of Few runs entirely off-platform. Members join by referral. Drops are pre-announced privately. Resale value is locked by edition. The house is the antidote to algorithmic streetwear.

Blackout WatchesProject classification · Creative Direction

Quality product, weak perception — rebuilt from the ground up.

Challenge
Blackout had a quality product but weak brand perception. Customers compared against mid-tier alternatives. The brand needed to occupy the same mental shelf as aspirational luxury names — not fight on price.
Approach
Full perception shift: identity redesign, monogram system, packaging theatre, retail storefront concept, purchasing psychology rewrite. Every touchpoint re-engineered to signal tier before the product is even handled.
Transformation
Customers now compare Blackout against aspirational luxury names, not price-point competitors. The brand commands a different conversation — and a different price expectation — without changing the movement.
